cant install vista acer aspire 1414wln mi

have a some new result after my new attemt vista instalation..its sounds like that.../ \windows\windows32\winload.exe cant load because its missing or corrupt.failure status 0xc000000f if i go in safe mode the drivers load is stopped and in screen last driver in list is crcdisk.sys is that something.have a acer aspire 1414wlmi.cant install vista beta 2.but i succesuful install this copy of vista in my frends laptop evo 800....
